SOCO Dubai offers a directory service for brands to find and contact talent, including influencers, creators, musicians, shoot-locations, and photographers in Dubai. Brands pay a monthly fee for unlimited access to this directory. Communication between brands and talent is conducted directly; SOCO Dubai does not act as an intermediary and is not responsible for aligning work or ensuring the completion of work. Both brands and talent must perform their own due diligence.

3. User Accounts

Account Creation:
To create an account, users must either be a brand or an individual based in Dubai who is an influencer, creator, musician, shoot-location provider, or photographer.

Account Information:
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account.

Account Termination:
Users can terminate their accounts at any time by logging in and canceling their profiles. Additionally, SOCO Dubai reserves the right to terminate accounts at its discretion.

4. Subscription and Fees

Subscription Fee:
Brands pay a recurring fee of $299 per month for access to the directory. This subscription continues until it is canceled.

Payment Methods:
Payments are accepted via credit or debit card through our payment processor, Stripe.

Refund Policy:
No refunds are available as brands receive instant access to the directory upon payment.

5. User Conduct

Users are expected to conduct themselves professionally and must not abuse, use offensive language, or engage in any behavior deemed inappropriate. Brands are responsible for creating any necessary contracts with talent. SOCO Dubai is not responsible for any arrangements or agreements made between brands and talent.
